the constitutional court, albeit stressing the fact that there was no evidence of vote rigging or manipulation, has overruled the people's decision. Serving as justification is a judgement from 1927.
1927 was one of the darkest years in Austrian history.
Judicial errors led to the "July Revolt" and a civil war with many deaths.
the reference to this time, is as alarming as the verdict itself.
At the moment you have to really love our country to represent and defend it with joy and pride both at home and abroad.
