Give yourselves a push

hello everybody, 

there have been many questions as to the criteria for applying to the culture award i founded. it's actually very simple:
if you're fired up about something and you believe your idea or project is worthy of funding, then i encourage you to apply.
and please don't orient yourselves on who or which projects were favoured in the previous two years. even if nobody in your field has won yet, don't be misled into thinking that the jury wouldn't be interested in the topic.
i know that writing an application means effort and work. but from my own experience, i can tell you that it's good practice to formulate your vision(s) and put them onto paper. so give yourselves a push. i can promise you, the jury takes each and every application seriously.
